Life was simple. We didn’t have a microchip within arms length everywhere we went. Just having a phone with a colour screen was a big thing back then. Sure, the text messages were lengthy and frequent (and more costly than just calling the person). But, there weren’t mobile devices buzzing in our ears; vibrating in our pockets, notifying us every second of every day about what Jenny ate for breakfast this morning. Or how Joe just got a new sleeve tattoo.
Alas, we are in the 21st century and if you don’t have a simple smart phone with a dual processor and a OLED touch screen as a minimum; people will think you’re strange. We love our technology and it loves us (it tells us every 5 seconds). We can’t be without it. Whether it be for business or for pleasure, we’re hooked and that addiction is going nowhere soon.
When were in the office we’re constantly emailing, faxing, scanning, paying bills, accessing the internet. Our lives would not be the same without our computers. Our partners helping us at every turn. Doing what we tell it to (well, most times anyway) without complaint (as long as you play nice :)) to get us through our days so we can go home sit down and… jump on our laptops, our smartphones, check our emails and our Facebook page if something new happened in the last 5 mins.
Once again we rely on our computers at home. But i don’t need to tell you how much you rely on your computers and mobile devices. You already know. You know that you want it running for you when you need it, where you need it. You also know that, to keep it running you need a reliable computer technician to offer IT support when the unexpected happens.
Your friendly computer technician will be there when you need him(or her), where you need him. Even after hours if it’s an emergency. If something were to happen to your computer you would want it fixed as soon as possible. In today’s world we need our technology, we can’t afford to have viruses and trojans infect our computers. We need access on demand.
That’s where the new breed of computer technicians come in handy. To fix your computers anywhere you have an internet connection, literally at the click of a button. To offer computer support services quicker and more affordable because they aren’t in your house touching your computer. Everything can be done from an office, through the internet, to your computer. Virus removal, data recovery, computer optimisation, email setups, office networking setups can all be done in the peace and quiet of your home without your computer technician actually sitting in your chair. Technology huh, sometimes it really does amaze; But without your computer technician keeping it working. It’s pretty ordinary.
